First of all the shipping on this item is outrageous considering it is only a few sheets of thin cardboard that can easily be shipped in a flat rate mailer envelope for a much lower price. When I received my order the inserts weren't even sealed in any sort of packaging, just loose in the box. Also, I haven't been able to find the cake boxes these fit in. Look for 7x7 cake boxes as the description says they fit, and you won't find any offered by the seller. Finally, when I saw that the holes in these inserts would not properly support my mini cupcakes the seller would only authorize a return at my expense, and was rather rude in their correspondence with me. Worst seller I've ever dealt with on Amazon!
