I ordered the heart cupcake molds for Valentine's day and the cupcakes I made came out absolutely adorable! No need to spray them, the cupcakes come out with ease...and you don't have to hassle with paper cups. I recommend filling them a teeny bit more than half way, otherwise the cake will rise above the top and they lose their heart shape. Since there are only 8 of them and they use less batter than regular cupcakes, I ended up making about 6 batches.

I purchased these to use in a bento box to separate the items inside. They work great! I've also used them for muffins, but they usually overflow and don't look like hearts (but that's my fault for overfilling them). These have ridges on the side, so they are a bit harder to clean than smooth sided muffin cups, but they still work well.
